Typical failed web projects:
Start with SQLite.
Switch to PostgreSQL due to premature optimization.
Then return to SQLite years later for cost-cutting.
TLDR: Get 1000+ users first before thinking about PostgreSQL.

If you took a nap in your office in a big company, it would seem unprofessional.
But if you work on your own at cafe and you fall asleep in the middle of the day, others will just assume you were tired.
Would you perceive your colleague as lazy if he took a nap?

The reason for RTO is that if you can't make people work.
You can at least prevent them from doing anything else.
If employees have to be in the office 8 hours a day, and are forbidden to do non-work things while there, then they must be working.
In theory.

Its time to cancel Linode for good.
1 CPU, 2GB Ram, 50GB Hdd
For 14.52 USD/mo
That is just outrageous nowadays compared to competition.

If you ever decide to migrate data from PostgreSQL to SQLite3.
Dont forget to transform:
- blank string to NULL
- True/False to 1/0
Have been wonderinbg why my app is broken after migration😀

If you are thinking about applying reinforcement learning to stock markets. DON’T
1) You are gonna reinvent the wheel 10000s of PHDs at Quant shops have already explored and discarded.
2) Markets are too random and actions have zero impact on its behaviour
3) See above 👆

Me trying to solve Python Circular Imports, while
- keeping code modular
- keeping models true to real world
- avoiding boilerplate interfacing every conflict
- staying DRY whenever possible
Should I switch to Java/C# because of this? 🤪
